Mission and Vision

MISSION:  To pass on my passion for soccer to young girls while simultaneously teaching them the joys of being an athlete and acquiring confidence. 

My overall goal is to shape and develop players to love to play soccer. As a player acquires tools to be successful it can strike a passion within and motivate them in other facets of life including school, family, and community.  Soccer can also become a vehicle to help others and be considered a universal language to connect many different cultures and communities.  Athletes find joy as they learn key life skills such as commitment, determination to reach goals, and perseverance to be successful at a skill.  Playing sports can boost self-esteem which is very important for girls in society today.  Girls who play sports feel better about themselves and their confidence develops as they work hard in practice and seek to achieve their goals.  My ultimate mission is to infuse passion, joy, and confidence in all young girls that I have an opportunity to work with.                

VISION:  My primary vision is to develop complete players who are mentally tough, determined, relentless, and have endurance to perform at their best in all circumstances.  My overall vision encompasses my commitment to the following:

*To develop a complete player

*To teach female players to be technically superior

*Encourage young female soccer players to overcome their weaknesses and highlight their strengths

*Provide players with multiple tools to be successful on the field

*Create young female soccer player’s artistry and creativity on the ball

Instill confidence to dribble the ball (Its okay to be a ball hog & to score the game winner)

*Create a passion and love for the game

*Provide a positive environment for learning and not being afraid to make mistakes

*Set goals and celebrate with players as they achieve them

*Raise the bar high and strive for greatness

*Model, and help players develop strong character traits such as integrity, hard work, perseverance, respect, focus, commitment, and good sportsmanship
