I have known Heidi Solis for ten years, and I can honestly say she is the best soccer skills instructor within a 100 mile radius. My daughter started in rec soccer at the age of eight. At ten it was determined that she should proceed to club soccer. She wanted to play for another coach, a man she was familiar with, but I insisted she play for Coach Heidi. Both my daughter and I now agree it was the best soccer decision we ever made.

When you break it down to the basics there are two types of developing soccer players. Those who are physical and those who are skilled. If you have one who is both you have a promising superstar on your hands.  The vast majority are physical players because their coaches, even those who played soccer, don't possess the ability to teach skills. Heidi has that ability and the disposition as a woman to get the most out of her players. If you get to see her in scrimmages with her team you quickly realize the most skilled individual on the field is Heidi. Her players want to be like her.

I would like to add that Heidi is totally dedicated to her chosen profession. When she is not coaching she is watching training videos or talking with other coaches.  She worked to get her masters degree in Leadership even while she was coaching 2 or 3 teams. If I had another child I would insist that they learn from Heidi.
